I am bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish, with a passion for instructing children. I have over three years of experience in managing and instructing a classroom of up to 20 children, of varying ages. A strong communication was upheld with the students' parents , as there were updates of the progress of the students as well as any areas for opportunity and growth that each respective student may have had. A variety of relevant skills were used in ensuring that everything was running efficiently, such as time management, active listening, organization, multi-tasking, and a working knowledge of how use Microsoft Office. At my current job, I have attained and/or utilized transferrable skills, including assisting Spanish speaking guests who required various financial needs such as sending money out of state/country, cashing a check, or acquiring a money order. Additionally, strong communication is used frequently on a daily basis, as well as team work, problem solving, addressing the needs of upset guests, and successfully balancing a register drawer throughout the day.
