Marina Ray

I am an organized and detail oriented person. A hardworking team player with a consistent track record exceeding targets in productivity and work quality. I am eager to work for a company that values and respects integrity, passion, communication, creativity and kindness. Dedication to personal growth pushes me to keep learning (whether it is self taught or via mentorship) and also to share my experiences.

I am Brazilian but have lived in Argentina my whole childhood. I went to an English school and have been surrounded by people of different nationalities since I was young. This was the beginning of my constant motion, my innate interest to travel, explore new cultures and connect with different people. I learned to speak 3 languages immediately and that opened up a world of possibilities for human connections.

My very first job in the United States was at Hilton hotels in Key West, where I stayed for the duration of my career. I was quickly recognized for my achievements and was promoted almost on a yearly basis. I enjoy learning, surpassing expectations, leading teams to success and creating a calm and clean work environment. I thrive in structure, but I have learned to adapt to unpredictable environments. Working for 2 very large hotels I learned to think on my feet and adapt. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, listening to audiobooks, going on the boat and swimming.

On 2019 I took a break from work to be able to raise my children until they attended school. I started to work on the administrative side of our family businesses. After COVID, we built a home office and I was able to manage our fast growing companies. I believe it is time now for me to return to work on something that I am passionate about and continue to grow in a new environment where I can hone new skills and nourish my brain.

Volunteered at MARC House Monroe Association for ReMARCable Citizens, Inc., a non-profit agency that serves adult clients within Monroe County who have developmental disabilities. Community Service Hilton program composed of volunteer Hilton employees, called Casa outReach.
