As a Kindergarten teacher at MPMS I plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for kindergarten-aged children. I create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and social-emotional development. I have provided individualized instruction and support to meet the diverse needs of students and assessed students' progress and maintain accurate records of their academic and social development. I created a positive classroom culture that fosters respect, kindness, and cooperation among students.

As a Kindergarten teacher I am teaching 5-6 year old students in a year ahead, accelerated program. I am responsible for creating and following the curriculum for language arts, math, science, social studies, and ethics. As well as homework tutoring and assistance, student portfolios and assessments and teacher/parent conferences.

As the site director I was in charge of making sure we are following all licensing regulations and pass all licensing visits. I was in charge of the supervision of the children and staff. I was in charge of building and creating a proper curriculum, and making sure all of the staff is implementing the curriculum as per the schools guidelines as well as parent/teacher conferences, progress reports and making sure all of the children are on track. It was also my responsibility to come up with a plan to help and guide children that are not able to keep up with the class. I worked one on one with those children to ensure that they are able to participate and understand the curriculum that we are working on, and make sure to involve the parents when outside help is necessary.
