  • Ground up Construction of 279,000 Sq. ft of Concrete Tilt Wall Warehouse in the Palm Beach Park of Commerce Jupiter, Florida. The site is set on 12 acres including a detention pond.
  • Coordination of all clearing and grubbing, site work, steel columns, beams, and joists.
  • Coordination of all controlled inspections including but not limited to concrete, rebar, LBR, 1st and 2nd lift asphalt and stripping as required.
  • Conducted regular progress meetings to review project status, address concerns, and realign priorities as needed.

Ground up construction of two 21 story residential mixed use space towers owned and developed by Joy Sunshine Developers. My duties included but were not limited to; supervision of all foundation work excavation and earth moving equipment. Coordination of Soldier pile installation, Heel Blocks, Rakers, Horizontal Timber Lagging, and Pile Caps. Coordinated and scheduled all controlled Inspections and worked closely with SOE monitors.

I coordinated and scheduled all underground permanent power with Con Edison as well as other mainstream utilities - POE and side walk vaults. Coordinated with other governing bodies such as the MTA and NYC DOB in strategically placing and monitoring vibration isolation and Tell Tale weekly surveys of existing adjacent properties.

In addition, I tracked and obtained all docs for concrete break tests and cylinders TR-3 as required and successfully completed the foundation to grade safely and on schedule.

Moving forward I was assigned to the Super Structure Concrete and Steel work Fast Track pouring two Floors per week using Peri System Formwork Doca Formwork was utilized at the Core and shell Base Building Portions such as PE shafts and Stairways.

Coordinated all PE shaft divider beams, hoist beams, rail stacking, roof dunnage and the like.

Worked closely to coordinate and schedule both supported and suspended scaffolding for facade contractors to envelope the towers to a water tight condition in a timely manner to begin interior framing and

roughing.

Weekly and daily meetings were essential to moving the project forward safely yet efficiently. Other meeting formats included scheduling and logistics as well as coordination for trade conflict and resolution working together with A/E teams.

I was assigned to Roosevelt Island owned by New York City and leased to Cornell Tech University Ithaca NY for 100 years via NYS Urban Development for STEM studies and research.

Prior to beginning new construction I was One of Five Superintendents overseeing the demolition of 5 Million Square Feet of Eight existing buildings. During the course of demolition operations I coordinated New Construction logistics and schedules for NB subcontractor mobilization.

The New Project consisted of a 12 story state of the art housing facility and dormitory and the First Academic Building aka "FAB" as well as; classrooms, laboratories, and A/V Auditorium with seating for 600. I worked closely with Acousticians and Arborist while also maintaining and tracking the new Foundation and MEP underground utility work.

I Established a Tenant Protection Plan or "TPP" to ensure pedestrian safety for existing RI residents EVAC plans and Silt Fencing for prevention of erosion or site runoff as the only access and egress to and from the Island was via the Astoria Two Lane Bridge or Barge along the East River.


I scheduled Equipment and Material Deliveries via roadway bridge and barge as required including ut not limited to Concrete, Re-bar and Structural Steel.

Ensured a high level of Safety with PPE, PFAS, High Visibility Attire as well as tool box talks LL196 Training and LL204 Pre Task / JHA planning daily. My duties My duties continued to coordinate and meet Cornell Tech owner representatives and subcontractors regularly to oversee foundation and Site work. This project was built in 4 phases to the large footprint. Extensive coordination of BMS , Class E Fire Alarm interface and communication.

Supervision and coordination of all aspects of new construction trades and subcontractors as required at the New World Trade Center Re-Build Site for Towers One, and Three and the Transportation Hub respectively. Supervised Structural Steel Raising, Erecting, Connecting, Welding and Detail gangs. Including PE divider and hoist beams, Metal Decking and Shear Studs. assisted Elevator Sub-contractor to coordinate logistics, staging and shaft work for stacking rails and other work in the EMR's for equipment housekeeping and vibration isolation.

My duties also included installation and scheduling of vertical transportation of manpower and equipment. Horizontal Safety Netting Tower Crane and Cocoon jumping and record keeping. I also

kept detailed written logs and photos of all equipment inspections and maintenance. In addition, I prepared JHA's and PTP's and held meetings to discuss "Critical Picks" when needed as required.

I ensured on time work safely and effectively to meet schedule Milestones without compromising worker safety and a safe working environment.

I kept a close eye on PPE and PFAS and Fire Safety during Hot Work Operations. I worked closely with the Foreman's, Walker Boss and stewards of Local 40 Ironworkers. My roll was to also coordinate with the many other trades with regards to beam penetrations, reinforcement, and any other conflicts brought about to achieve a timely resolution to continue moving the project forward. And when necessary; contact was made with A/E Teams via RFI or other means to address any conflicting field condition issues. I also coordinated required inspections with local jurisdictions to identify and quickly resolve any code concerns.

New Ground Up construction by Forrest City Daly of a 600,000 Square Ft. Distinctive Living Residence for Active Seniors 55 and older at Sterling Glen Roslyn Harbor in Roslyn NY. The structural design for this project consisted of a Pre Cast Concrete Filigree System over a Parking Garage and Foundation supported by "TPT" Piles. The Three story wood framing was Pre Fabricated by Triangle Building Supply off-site and erected similar to "Tilt up construction.

This Project also consisted of 4 Hydraulic Elevators, a 7500 Sg. ft. Full Service Kitchen and dining facility as well as High End Luxury Interiors and Hotel Like Amenities and a Medical Care Facility.

I coordinated successful completion of a New Boat Landing and Bulkhead and Three Detention Ponds.

My duties included the Supervision of Two Assistant Superintendents as well as coordination of all trades and subcontractors, activities manpower documents and specifications. Drawing tracking and revisions. Daily and Weekly meetings with subcontractors to discuss safety, logistics, schedule and progress and update 10 day look ahead that I prepare.

I also worked closely with owner developer Representatives to discuss job status and progress. Coordinated on-site construction shutdowns, testing and inspections, reporting details and concerns to designated team supervisors. Coordinated power equipment use and maintenance to create safe working environment, limit accidents and prevent damages. Continuously inspected job sites for observation of safety protocols by staff and subcontractors.

Successfully obtained a TCO 6 weeks prior to scheduled completion and CO 20 days prior to tenant occupation. Conducted walk-throughs with clients prior to project close, completing punchlists and answering all questions.

Assigned to the New Windows on the World Restaurant and Banquet Halls One World Trade Center North Tower 106th and 107th Floors.

Extensive coordination with A/E Teams and then tenant of the 105th Floor Cantor Fitzgerald. Many hours of after hours work was required to access and replace the concealed spline 9x9 ceiling tile on the 105th Floor to sketch for All of the new MEP's including but not limited to; 11 Grease Traps, Roughing for all MEP's. Procurement, Fabrication and Installation of same within 65 days.

My responsibilities were the coordination of all the new Kitchen State of the Art Kitchen Equipment, Stainless Steel, Walk-In Boxes, Exhaust Hoods MEP's 11 Grease Traps including all finish work such as Dexotex non slip specialized flooring and FRP.

Heavy coordination with Port Authority Building Personnel and Building Engineers for Shutdowns, BMS Interface, Class E and Fire Suppression.

I coordinated all of the MER installations of House Keeping and Inertia Pads for Mechanical Exhaust Fans, Fresh Air Fans and Make-up Air Fans.

Handled all aspects of the coordination of the Extensive Ansul Fire

Suppression Systems and Total Viking Pack Pre-Action System.

Midtown Manhattan Conversion of the 1.1 Million Square Ft Land Mark B'Altman Retail Store Graduate Center City of New York by the Dormitory Authority State of New York DASNY.

As one of Five Superintendents my duties were only to supervise and coordinate the Core and Shell Base Building work. Core Bathrooms, PE shafts and steel divider and hoist beams, stacking rails.

I also was assigned the task of changing out several existing 20 Ton Footings in the sub-cellar to 60 ton Footings to sustain new loads and allowable stress designs for a new library.

I coordinated and scheduled all C&S work including but not limited to;

Prime Trades and Fit Out. Worked with specialized teams to accomplish all objectives and achieve goals. Reviewed plans and inspected ongoing construction to keep work in line with project goals. Directed project according to schedule and quality demands. Supported project coordination and smooth workflow by coordinating materials, inspections and contractor actions. Maintained safety onsite and upheld OSHA regulations and Proper PPE.
