Under this duty we maintain effective open communication and visibility to find the better way to upgrade our efficiency and our area clear of potential hazards creating a safe environment. Assists supervisors in operators couching, verbal corrective actions, resolving nonconformity problems between operators ending with good terms and visible improvement. As lead i have been in charge of all water lines giving me the opportunity to have good understanding of our equipment and our team.

Operations experience: operating all water lines LGV,s, ( ergoblock, labelers, packers, palletizers and wrappers , assisting on all kinds of change overs.

In my Niagara History i started as temporary worker assigned by a local work agency and my first accomplishment was being hired by the company as production operator then my supervisor gave the reliability to be one of his production leads, charge that i take with responsibility and pride
