This area of financials my former GM and Management team we worked with the team in demonstrating practices that will help in saving on the cost for example proper chemical usage, expanding fryers oil shelf life, proper equipment usage.

I participated on store business meetings with supervisors and this helped me elevate my knowledge and comprehension in understanding how my bottom line supports increase my top line of the store profits.

As the area manager of this specific franchisee line of Wingstop I was in charge of seven stores. I supported the store managers on the operations, controlling labor and food cost, hiring and staffing, and training. I also supported the Franchisee owner in new restaurants opening in surrounding towns from Brownsville TX and Boston Ma
