  • Performed system tests for the CH53E Function Groups 8.0, and 9.0 as well as MH53E Function Group 1.0 and 2.0.
  • Ran integration and qualification test procedures for Flat Track and Tail Rotor Absolute as well as peer review for System Test Document.
  • MH53E Function Group 2.0 I developed and ran for integration test procedures for Accidences, Rotor Track & Balance Data Quality failures as well as peer review for System Test Document.
  • H53E - Merge Formal System Test:
  • Planned and administered an internal Intergraded, Dry run, before any Formal System Test. Checked all Test Procedures for quality control and inspected all systems and programs.
  • Performed system tests for the CH53E/ MH53E Merged Function Group 1.0. This included all functional test areas; Exceedances, Power Assurance, All Driveshaft Vibration Checks, Rotor Track & Balance, Advanced Mechanical Diagnostics. Completed the successful running of the entire set of merged test procedures for the MH53E and CH53E Test merge effort for both H53E Integration and H53E Dry Run.
  • Updated the System Test Documents and System Verification Review Documents as well as verifying that all requirements, contract clauses and government acquisition regulations for this merge were met and covered in our test scripts and test procedures in the required areas, including; Power Assurance, Exceedances, All Driveshaft Vibration Checks, Rotor Track & Balance and Advanced Mechanical Diagnostics.
