Install and modify electrical machinery, equipment, and circuitry and diagnose cause of electrical or machine malfunction.

Perform Installation and maintenance to AGVs, vision systems and proximity sensors (PLC- Servo drive AGV controlled, Keyence and Datalogic laser presence sensors, Pepperl + Fuchs barcode readers).

Perform routine preventative maintenance and provide support for breakdowns.

Ensure all electrical components adhere to standards.

Ability to read and modify PLC code (Ladder, FBD, STL, SCL).

Perform installation and parametrization of VFD and Servo Drives.

Plan, evaluate, organize, and implement automation related projects.

Develop Electrical Bill of Material.

Prepare and issue data sheets, material request, technical bid evaluation, technical clarification with vendor, post-award clarification, change order report, initial meeting, and document review from the provider.

Wiring and design of SPI (Smart Plant Instrumentation) by creating an instrument panel, cables, junction box, rating panel, and I / O cards, and connecting the instrument from the device panel to the system cabinet.

Instrument data sheets, recommendations for control valves, shut-off valves, regulators, analyzers, and transmitters.

Conducing Site Acceptance Test and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).

Carry out the diagnosis and maintenance for an Atmospheric Distillation and Vacuum crude oil plant at all automation levels, controlled by Siemens PCS7 DCS System.

Design and maintenance of wiring in SPI (Smart Plant Instrumentation) diagnostic and maintenance of control panels, PLC controllers, Computer Servers and Clients for plant operation, junction boxes, I / O cards, and connection of the sensor and transmitters from the field device to the cabinet.

Perform instrument parameterization and data sheet update.

Issue recommendations for on / off valve (emergency shutoff, bleed valve, lift valves, and DCS isolation valves).
