* Be a pioneer in improving the database in Oracle to convert all the material in a catalog; standardize the materials and this way improve the way to find and identify the materials.

* Responsible for coordinating the cross-functional team to ensure the project goes forward.

* Identifying issues on Harnesses drawings, Re-designing the drawings;

* Quoting Harnesses and detecting improvements on BOM & design;

* Negotiate harnesses issues with Customers.

* Making improvements to Customer's designs;

* Yellow Belt on Lean Six Sigma Certificated; * Having 24 Engineers and 6 clerks reporting directly to me.
