Accomplishments

During the 13/14 school year at Manchester Elementary while teaching fourth grade reading and science. I only had 1 novice on the state assessment for science. During the 14/15 school year I achieved zero novice on the state assessment. I achieved this through data analysis and positive reinforcement. I made motivational deals with the students. For the 13/14 school year, based on state assessment data, I had to dye my hair red. For the 14/15 school year results, I had to dress up like Si Robertson from Duck Dynasty for a week at school. Both were to motivate and reward the students for their hard work.
