As a Sales and Service Representative I am part of a supportive and dynamic member focused sales team I work in a fast-paced environment focused on serving our members over the phone with a variety of banking needs, including account inquiries and loan support. Also support with training and the development of other reps.
As a Consumer Loan Processor I helped with consumer loan processing functions including document collection and organization, auditing, and quality assurance. My responsibilities included responding to and resolving a high volume of member loan inquiries, while collaborating with peer Processors, Loan Fulfillment Associates, and other internal and external points of contact in loan processing.
As an MSR II, I was responsible for handling existing member accounts, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional member service. Assists members by phone with account maintenance, disputes, general loan inquiries. I was a a resource for MSR I advisors, handling escalated and complex member service issues. I applied specialized expertise to diagnose and resolve challenges, adhering to regulations and credit union policies.
