Provide security for court mandated program. Monitor center participants at all times. Maintain a safe environment for participants as well as staff. Assist in urine collection and breath alcohol testing when required. Maintain appropriate boundaries and observe confidential practices.

Providing a visible and uniformed presence at The Office of Community Corrections, Plymouth, MA to prevent theft, pilferage, vandalism, and other crimes at the site. As well as perform security duties, including checking clients in, use of metal detector, as well as witnessing drug testing. Observing collection of urine specimens, as well as giving breathalyzers. Use of data base, that will be given to lab. To observe, document, and report. Collaborating with The Office of Community Corrections team, including clinicians and probation/parole officers, to ensure the highest level of security.
To provide direct patient care to an average of 10 adolescence of patients with psychiatric and/or poly-substance abuse diagnosis's. Working directly under my RN supervisors, my daily duties included overseeing basic patient care, vital signs, patient assessments, 15 minute checks, complete documentation of tasks, and bringing the patients to groups as well as running alternative groups if needed. Although my core unit was the adolescence unit, I also worked on the adult units such as dual diagnosis unit. It is my goal to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
