• Organize and administered courses for the Club Development League (US Club) in Iowa
• Facilitation of USSF Grassroots Coaching Courses through online and in person classroom and field environments
• Facilitation of USSF D License Course including administration and organizational pieces scheduling, players, facilities and staffing
• Work with student coaches of all levels to assess their current abilities and help them close the gap in performance through guidance, feedback and assessment
• Currently apprenticing on a USSF B License course guiding, supporting, and assessing the development of 6 student coaches over 6 months

• Analyze, assess, and select players for state, regional, and national pools
• Evaluate, train, and develop elite players in Midwest and National pools as an Assistant Coach (most recently on 2007 age groups)
• Assist head coach in training sessions and game situations at regional and national events
• Motivated athletes to become stronger, more agile, and more effective through training habits and proper nutrition.
