At Mad River I worked in Purchasing and part of my job was to do the ordering. Calling venders. As a lead at St. Joseph I ordered all the supplies for Environmental Services for the hospital. And as the lead in the Linen Room I do all the ordering for linen from Mission Linen. Every 3 months we do inventory which I have been a part of doing the count.
I have experience with using the hand held and syncing them. I understand par levels and the importance of them.
I have worked at the hospital for 27 years. I know the layout of the hospital and the importance of Surgery. I do know Surgery can be the difference between life and death if they don’t have what they need. At one point I was responsible for cleaning OR rooms.
