ATTENDANCE COORDINATOR

Facilitate an Attendance Team:

• Develop data to monitor attendance during COVID.
• Make calls to absent on-line and face to face students.

Partnership Coordinator

• Meet with community benefactors to provide sponsorship for various programs.

• Responsible for the Title I Bin all campus documentation
• Set up meetings with parents.

COUNSELING:

• Independent and small group counseling to support emotional, social, and academic needs of all students,
• Provide in class Guidance Counseling depending on class need,
• Responsible for Dyslexia student referral process,
• Worked closely with other departments to better support students with special needs including students with disabilities or in Special Education,
• Facilitated RTI and SST committees,
• 504 Administrator,
• Selected to represent school's PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention Support) team,

EXTRA DUTIES:

• Assisted junior high and high school with counseling services in SST, Section 504s and behavior intervention.

• Worked as a reading interventionist with the Accelerated Reading Program to identify and support students having reading difficulties,
• Strong knowledge of reading intervention strategies,
• Collaborated with teachers to analyze student academic data,
• Participated in various reading and writing trainings to prepare strategic instruct for at risk students,
• Enjoy implementation of technology through the use of reading programs to motivate students to read,
• Understanding of learning styles and level abilities for differentiation,
• Excel proficient ,
• Enrolled in week long dyslexia training called, The Foundation of Reading by Design, for better understanding of dyslexia program.
