Summary
I started my career in 1990 straight out of High School. My first on Wall Street was at Fahnestock (currently Oppenheimer). I started in the industry as the Operation Managers Secretary and from there was taught customer and firm transfers. In 1994, I was introduced to Corporate Actions where I learned to process Redemptions. A few short months later I was processing Mandatory Corporate Actions and Voluntary Corporate Actions. It has been 30 years and still enjoy it.

- Responsible for processing all Voluntary Corporate Actions such as Tender Offers, Election Mergers, Exchanges, Consent Solicitations, Dutch Auctions, Rights, Warrants and Conversions
- Validate information on all upcoming voluntary offers received from the Depository Trust Company through information agents and transfer agents
- Ensure that all voluntary offers are summarized accurately and announced to our clients in a timely manner
