Work History

Engineer 3

Southern California Edison
09.2025 - Current
  • Provided district support within operations, planning, standard interpretation, community outreach, RGT/DGT presentations, etc.
  • Continued PMO support to review and optimize the design of 98 TUG miles within the North Coast region through the application of TUG 2.0 design standards, resulting in a 21% cost reduction of $13.9M across 10 projects.
  • Coordinated the development of the new AGDB TUG construction method and material being deployed within C55, facilitating planning's and project management's ability to track project and associated costs.
  • Supported the development and data entry of an ArcGIS dashboard that was utilized for public facing communication, government official letter, and work execution prioritization.
  • Collaborated with various stakeholders throughout the TUG construction execution phase to ensure electrical designs are met and to provide alternate solutions as necessary.
  • Performed engineering analysis for system constrained areas, identified remediation projects, and presented PIFs for funding and technical approval.

Engineer 2

Southern California Edison
01.2023 - 09.2025
  • Provided district support within operations, planning, standard interpretation, community outreach, RGT/DGT presentations, etc.
  • Collaborated with key engineering, planning, and program management teams to safely and efficiently execute a critical reconductor project which required the deployment of primary generators.
  • Coordinated job walks among several stakeholders using appropriate PPE to resolve a non-standard method of service for tariff compliance and field worker safety purposes.
  • Performed various circuit analysis for the Modoc Substation elimination project and created an effective communication streamline among cross-functional teams, including contractors, to uphold safety, minimize customer outages, and ensure successful deliverables.
  • Developed the business and technical justification to incorporate 4kV cutovers in parallel with wildfire mitigation reconductor projects to promote an integrated workflow strategy.
  • Prepared and presented a Just-In-Time training for the Underground Cable Replacement Program and FE Fundamentals.
  • Escalated an exception request to re-energize a circuit impacted by operating restrictions during precipitation conditions;led to the development of a Fuels Assessment Tool and a formalized process being included within the SOB 322 for temporary Suspension of Operating Restrictions.
  • Supported the Palisades Fire rebuild restoration effort through cross-functional collaboration, BCR assessments, development of standard changes, preparation of new projects, risk assessment review documentation, and TUG portfolio cost reductions without compromising system safety and reliability.

Engineer 1

Southern California Edison
06.2021 - 01.2023
  • Provided engineering support to customers for generation, voltage, reliability, and power quality concerns.
  • Interfaced with multiple stakeholders, including customers, regional and district personnel, and contractors.
  • Lead strategic efforts to coordinate temporary circuit transfers to facilitate planned work safely and efficiently
  • Carried out engineering analysis and collaborated with key stakeholders to determine the needs, requirements, and design for capital projects.
  • Prepared advanced engineering reports for customers in order to communicate system constraints and establish clear expectations.
  • Contributed in engineering staff meetings and safety discussions.
  • Supported workload management to team members across several districts.

Engineering Intern

Southern California Edison
06.2019 - 09.2019
  • Monitored and interpreted real-time telemetry data during peak loading conditions to identify system constraints and abnormalities.
  • Performed various studies to promote optimal system reliability and safety.
  • Collaborated with several field engineers to develop capital projects which were presented for funding and technical approval.
  • Developed an understanding of the power system tiers, power flow, and several distribution engineering tools.
  • Joined Women Empowerment team to put together a presentation promoting a positive, healthy and open work environment.
