*2017-2017, Edison at Primera, Lake Mary, FL, $12 Million, 114,000 SF New 2 Story Commercial Office Building with Clubhouse
*2014-2016, Mt. Sinai Queens Ambulatory Care Pavilion, Queens, NY, $90 Million, 116,000 SF Polyclinic addition next to existing hospital. Includes a new Emergency Department, seven new ORs, medical office space, new lab, central sterile, support space and MER. Each floor consists of 18,900 SF with two new stair towers attaching to the existing building and five new elevators.
*2011-2014, New York University Langone Medical Center Emergency Department Expansion, New York, NY, $40 million ED modernization and expansion adjacent to existing ED. New 9,000 SF ED features patient treatment modules, exam rooms, isolation rooms, resuscitation rooms, triage rooms and a decontamination area. The existing 28,104 SF ER was renovated including an HVAC and Electrical Systems upgrade.
*2007 to 2010, Beth Israel Medical Center, Emergency Department Expansion, New York, NY, $23 million, 24,000 SF ED renovation of existing facility that added a new CT Scan, x-ray rooms, 45 patient beds and a new trauma area. The project included new structural work, HVAC and Electrical upgrades, and selective demolition of an auditorium and loading dock.
*2006-2007, Lakeview Middle School Relief, Orange County, FL, $29 Million, new construction of multi-building campus, grades sixth to eight.
