Under general supervision of the shipping Manager this position is responsible for the timeliness and quality of mail order shipments of dietary supplements in accordance with company policies, procedures and guidelines. Retrieves Excel file with customer information from computer system, uploads into shipping software and prints off packing slips and postage labels. Determines products and envelopes needed and packages customer orders for shipment. As a picker/packer, I receive pick reports daily with product to pull, physically pull inventory from the shelves, double check quality check points, then proceed to label and package cases for shipment via UPS package and LTL shipments for freight trucks, including shrink wrapping contents onto pallets, applying pallet labels and loading onto trucks.
