The Clinical Supervisor, under the supervision of the Clinical Director or Clinical Manager, is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of assigned mental health and addictions clinicians. The Clinical Supervisor plans, assigns, directs and reviews the clinical work of mental health therapists. They ensure that the relevant Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR’s) are adhered to, monitor quality assurance, and develops and monitor treatment protocols.
Creative programming, work closely with clinical director and house managers in programmatic shifts. Facilitate staff meeting(s) trainings, support therapists across campus and serve as a liaison for families in crisis. Clinical supervision-direct client care and transition planning for assigned students and their families.
Clinical management, clinical records, and coordination of clinical programs under children's mental health umbrella. Assist the Chief Clinical Officer with clinical and supervision functions, routine quality assurance, program development, direction, and maintenance of accreditation standards for the Children and Youth programs. Act as a Mental Health Clinician responsible for providing direct program services related to behavioral health education and treatment. Coordinating TFC family recruitment, licensing, trainings, and ongoing support in adherence with accreditation standards aligning with various insurance necessities.
Provide individual, group therapy and SUD/ mental health assessment
Clinical work in Level 3 and 4 residential setting, early childhood programming, school based programming and crisis. Form, educate and adapt individualized treatment plans according to medical necessity. Demonstrate working knowledge of the etiology and treatment of mental illness, behavior dysfunction, child and adolescent development, family dynamics and cultural differences.
Work with recipients and those seeking benefits from the Developmental Disabilities and ABI waiver programs through the Wyoming Department of Health.
Supervise and assist, assure the safety of all residents of Cathedral Home.
