During my time at Naval Computer Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic, I served as operations leading petty officer from March 2019 until October 2025. I led 175 sailors in the processing of sensitive correspondence, ensuring the proper handling and routing of over 82,000 times sensitive documents. During this time I mentored 7 sailors contributing to the military 95% retention in advancement rate. Serving as the Urinalysis Program Coordinator, I collected over 16,000 urine samples and conducted over 280 randomized testing ensuring zero discrepancies throughout the urinalysis program in the United States Navy.
