Hello ,
My name is Marissa Latcheran I am Paraprofessional , I have been many different roles, I first started out as a sub, I then got hired at the ESC as sub 1;1 , I then applied to fairhaven school I got hired in the cafe , I worked in there for sometime . Then the principle saw how well I was doing she put me into a classroom to be a 1-1 aide with the student . I then got hired at fairhaven as Bus aide I was Bus aide for 6 years , I then was promoted into the classroom as a teacher assistant .Due to my low seniority I had to go back to the bus aide recently then. I got hired at Hubbard Local school to work at fairhaven as an 1-1 aide with a student. I am looking to climb back up the ladder I am wanting to better myself and to be able to grow as well as a person. I am wanting to become a Teacher Assistant again . I am also in college to become a special needs teacher. I have about 2 in half years left until I have my bachelors degree.
