Accomplished in planning, preparing and serving balanced meals under strict deadlines and budget limitations. Focused on proper food handling, safety procedures and maintaining clean food service and dining environment. Along with being assigned to the Administrative office which included planning and organizing the dining facility and staff that worked in the kitchen. The money coming in and out of the building as well as important documentation recording field trainings and specific timelines in which we would lose personal from the dining facility due to field training or deployments. I bake and decorate cakes in my free time. I enjoy making my clients cake dreams come true as well as exceeding their expectations. It brings me a lot of joy and accomplishment when I am able to help people out in anyway, and I feel that when people are looking for a cake artist they are putting a lot of trust into them (me) because of the significance of the celebration, ceremony, or event.
