My name is Marissa, I’m 25 years old and have a strong passion in horses and children! I have been involved in childcare since 2012 and knew ever since then that I wanted to be involved in childcare. I consider myself a caring and knowledgeable Childcare Provider who does very well in maintaining a positive environment and have great time management skills! Although I am confident in caring for children of all ages, I do prefer and excel with children from the ages of 2.5-3.5 years of age. I have great communication skills with parents especially as I get to know each family and am good at being organized along with problem-solving and good at being professional with conflict resolution. I also am great at creating relationships between not only the children but also their guardians as well.
