To obtain a position within hospitality management where I can further my knowledge of the workforce and maximize my skills in public relations, leadership, and customer service.
This is one of Oregon's largest taphouses, with forty-two taps and six food carts. I manage both people and projects with strong cooperation, communication, and interpersonal skills while maintaining a professional, organized, and conflict-free environment. I consistently use problem solving and multitasking skills in this position and worked well independently and/or within a team while providing great customer service. Additional duties include inventory, scheduling, hiring, ordering, beer tap cleaning, event coordinating, building cocktail menus and working closely with food vendors to manage the facility.
I provide customers with handcrafted cocktails in a speedy and efficient manner at one of Eugene’s most unique bars. An extensive knowledge of various spirits is a must in this position, heavy cash handling, food knowledge and preparation, continuous stocking, organization of goods and work areas, and the ability to multitask. I always present a professional image and provide excellent customer service while taking orders, serving drinks and food to customers, and making sure the bar is well-kept.
A seasonal position at what use to be one the most remote marinas in the United States. I worked closely with the team to insure that great customer service, safety protocols and daily sales goals were met daily. Marina Manager duties included managing employees and housing, hiring and scheduling, ordering, inventory, operating motor boats, loss prevention and fuel dock management.
