- I train new employees as well as shift lead. Cook,prep,handle money,clean open and close. I work back of house in a big busy fast paced kitchen.I can run most of each section on my own in most cases, that is something other employess do not and or can not do. I work well under pressure, very fast paced and have gained high respect and trust from each of my managers.I handle money as well as obtain great customer service skills running a register and making sales. I help with solutions to issues that arise. I keep my managers informed things of importance,concerns, or problems that arise with in each shift. I am of high value to my employers. I can work any where in this large kitchen back of house as well as work I do and handle on my own in the store owned food truck outside of the store on the Island in Pigeon Forge. I am very reliable, punctual and honest. I do my job to my job well always giving it my all. I care about what I do and how I do it and always want to do a good job. I abide by all rules and follow all orders as directed, which is always appreciated.
