Provides clinical and didactic education and training to future healthcare professionals, while fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers and supporting the successful integration and utilization of the company’s therapies. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver educational programs and build strong interdisciplinary relationships within the community. Encompasses eight plus years of experience as an RN with a passion for teaching and clinical expertise.

• Design, coordinate, and deliver educational programs including orientation, in-service training, competency assessments, and continuing education.
• Assess learning needs of nursing staff and develop targeted interventions to address gaps in knowledge or practice.

Educates and mentors nursing students through classroom teaching, clinical supervision, and skills training. They develop curricula, evaluate student performance, and ensure alignment with nursing standards and practices to prepare students for professional nursing roles.
