While training in a Hospital setting I was able to get a lot of inpatient experience, follow protocol, and teamwork. A few tasks that I would do daily were, handling Controlled Substances, Hazardous drugs, Drawing medications, as well as stocking medications, organizing, and assisting the Pharmacist or Technician in the IV room. Prepared and dispensed medications for patients. I also got to experience and see how the Technicians prepared Chemotherapy.
