From February 2021 to November 2023, I oversaw the Commercial / Residential - UNIVERSITY PARK Project in Palm Desert.

• Experienced in various scopes of work involving horizontal improvements in mass grading, erosion control and SWPPP, AQMD PM-10 standards, specifications, soils report, pictures and videos, daily CM reports, pay applications, change orders, surveys, scheduling Inspections with the City Inspectors. Compliance, sewage, storm drain, and water system installations, dry utilities, street improvements, retaining walls, gardening walls, and landscaping.
• Work with agency and contractor(s) to finalize and complete the punch list and turn it over to the agency for maintenance.
• Monitored subcontractor operations and applied adequate time, resource, and money management strategies to deliver under-budget project completion
• Identified and resolved construction issues promptly to prevent delays
• Developed and implemented a comprehensive schedule of preventive maintenance and repair work

• Evaluated facility operations and personnel for compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Created management reports outlining important facility statistics.
• Supervised staff of 30 people in day-to-day activities.
• Controlled expenses to meet budget requirements
