Volunteer
I did missionary work one summer and went to Haiti for seven weeks. The camp had 80 kids who were eager to learn English. I brought down all their school supplies so they didn’t have to pay for anything. I was in charge of the arts and crafts. The camp would also feed them a meal every single day because most of them wouldn’t have a meal that day. The reason why I went to Haiti because I’m originally from there and I wanted to give back to my community. That was probably one of my best experience of my life.
