As the Body Shop Manager, I run a shop with 32 employees and achieve over $10,000,000 in annual sales. My daily responsibilities are:

Hiring staff including Janitors, Estimators, support staff, and Technicians

Maintaining positive working relationships with vendors and insurance partners

Routine paperwork such as posting invoices and payments

Follow up on Accounts Receivables

Manage expenses

Review Financial statements monthly

Develop and manage teams within the shop

Hold staff accountable for day to day and week to week expectations

As the BMW Sales Manager, I was responsible for daily operations which included:

Manage Sales Staff

Interact with customers to assist with sales and positive experiences

Forecast Sales annually, broken down monthly

Achieve forecasted sales

Maintain positive relationships with manufacturers

Achieve Key Performance Indicators

Maintain positive Customer Satisfaction Indexes

Work with marketing to promote the dealership and the product in the community
