  • Support all aspects of the supply chain organization, providing analytical support in the areas of sales and operations, planning, and inventory.
  • Responsibilities include weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting on key metrics for the North American region.
  • Project lead, working with IT, business and accounting to provide an automated and aggregated view of production, inventory, backlog, sales/shipment and daily orders data for pipe and fittings plants in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Prior to project completion data was gathered manually on a daily basis process took 4-5 hours.
  • With the acquisition of Lasco leading effort to add Lasco data to the above daily metrics summary.
  • Led credit count reduction project. Project goal was to reduce credit counts in U.S. and Canada by 20% year over year. The team reduced credit counts year over year by 26%.
  • Provide key inputs and data analysis to manage aged inventory. Focus is to reduce inventory at plants over 6 months old.
  • Effectively collaborate with S&OP team on operational planning activities and issues as needed.
