  • Completed day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently. My duties are to assist the mentaly challenged clients. Those duties consist of helping with daily scheduling, assisting with eating, doing activities,
  • such as playing indoor games, out door games, basketball, baseball, football.
  • interacting with them while they are working. their jobs consist of sanding wood, recycling goods,
  • woodshop, loading recycled materials in van. Helping with their other recreation activities. I have to
  • keep clients on task because they get distracted. I with another employee take the clients on outings,
  • to parks, stores, to movies, to restaurants. I also sit with clients when they are in the hospital.
  • Maintained updated knowledge through advanced training. At my job every year I take training classes
  • that consist of CPR, Ukeru training because some clients can get aggressive, and with this training we
  • learn how to deescalate the situation. I am responsible for making sure clients receive the correct food
  • they eat because they are not all on solid food. I've also trained for riding a 15 passenger
  • van and a small bus.
  • I am not required to fix any technical issues the IT department handles those however I use computer
  • to input my hours of work, to document clients activities, behaviours and functions and input if they
  • are compliing with their daily schedules.

It's important to work well and cooperate with coworkers to meet the needs of clients because it's

about they client.
