  • After making reservations only, I was then taught how to dispatch and schedule a staff of 21 cars and 21 drivers
  • I would be doing all the tasks listed below as a reservationist but now with dispatching and assigning work to drivers
  • I would use a program called 'Limo Magic' which would provide a basic layout of what's going on that day, the next day, and days in the future
  • I learned to dispatch a driver on multiple jobs in the most linear route possible to cut back on fuel and maintenance costs
  • Update staff availability schedule weekly

  • Kept in constant contact with drivers while they were on jobs to determine when clients got into the car, are en route to their destination, and are dropped off and clear
