Additional Information

I am a 25 year navy veteran with a varied background in operations of an engineering power plant, supervision and mentoring of sailors, and instruction and evaluation of a wide range of courses from career development to electronic circuitry. My key attribute was in finding unique solutions to problems with limited resources and unmovable deadlines.

I am currently, a 17 year veteran of teaching 7th through 12th grade students in Math and Science. Strengths in my navy career have been well suited in the teaching of students with varied academic abilities. I often find solutions that best empower students to succeed in topics that they have previously done poorly in.

I am looking forward to a twilight career that can use my past experiences to make a difference, even if it that difference is one person walking away with a smile.
