I am responsible for the executive management of a district spanning over 13,000 square miles and four courthouses. Provided oversight of U.S. Marshals Service operations. Lead a dynamic team of approximately 100 full-time and contract employees engaged in complex and sensitive operations relating to national security, executive protection, disaster/crisis response, and investigations. Directed all business functions including recruitment, selection of personnel, legal and administrative compliance, contracting and procurement, and the P&L management of a $20M annual budget. • Supervised and managed operations at the Federal Courthouse in Hammond Indiana
• Responsible for all aspects of United States Marshals Operations in Northwest Indiana, including protection of judges and staff, building security, and enforcement operations
• Contracting Officer assigned to manage the security contract for the Northern Indiana Marshals office
• Conducted an extensive review of office policies, standard operating procedures and records in preparation for an upcoming audit

• Supervised operations for the United States Marshals in the largest federal courthouse in the country
• Implemented, coordinated and ran the Active Shooter/Active Threat response for the Dirksen Federal Building
• Collaborated with numerous stake holders on building security and protective assignments, including the security for 60 federal judges and the United States Attorneys office
• Conducted Risk and Vulnerability Assessments for the Federal Courthouses in Chicago and Rockford
• Developed national publications for the U.S. Marshals detailing the civilian response to an Active Shooter

• Provided executive protection for department dignitaries, and protection for Strategic National Stockpile assets in excess of 100 million dollars
• Assigned to the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force, CT-5, which conducted investigations on domestic terrorism threats
• Trained at the U.S. Secret Service Academy on performing Threat and Vulnerability Assessments for strategic assets and high profile personnel
• EMT trained and assigned to the US Marshals Chicago SRT Team for dignitary protection and high threat movements
• Supervised and conducted complex criminal investigations with the United States Attorney's office in the Northern District of Illinois

• Conducted complex criminal and international investigations to track down and apprehend high profile fugitives, including foreign extraditions
• Ran a team of State, and Local law enforcement officers
• Initiated and led the US Marshals Chicago Gang Team, focusing on the apprehension of violent gang leaders

• Team leader for protective details on Federal Judges, Supreme Court Justices, US Attorneys and the United States Drug Czar;
• Focus on protection work, including assignments with foreign ambassadors at the United Nations General Assembly;
