Directed all business functions including recruitment, selection of personnel, legal and administrative compliance, contracting and procurement, and the P&L management of a $20M annual budget. Forged relationships with leadership in stakeholder organizations. Facilitated employee development and fostered mentorship. Demonstrated administrative and organizational leadership. Promoted workforce diversity, facilitated coalition building and employee engagement, and generated consensus across constituencies on complex issues.
