Slivered shells using intensive labor to highly smooth shells and shiny by grinding the shells with various burrs, buffing them with special buffing material.

Operate alcohol reclaiming system taking resin and alcohol mixture and using machine to purify the liquid back to 99 percent alcohol.

Used customer impressions to hand detail each shell based on ear anatomy and hearing loss to make a nice custom fit .

Hand poured shells using various resins and waxes.
