Utilities Technician and Technical Planner

  • As a Utilities Tech I was responsible for all High voltage, Steam, Ammonia refrigeration and compressed air supplied to the brewery
  • The brewery utilities department ran three water tube high volume B&W boilers

  • For air supply we ran 4, three stage 2.3kv Ingersol rand air compressors along with a smaller trim compressor
