Having been the individual that took an epoxy coatings company with no Estimating/Sales/Project Management and created a successful revenue every year clearing more than a million by creating a not one lead procurement system but dozens, reaching out to not one contractor but hundreds, building relationships with more than twenty material manufacturers but didn't stop there. I built relationships with other flooring contractors, ones that did not provide resinous flooring and/or even completing troublesome or backlogged projects for them. I designed the bid proposals to double as short sale contracts while making them unique to each project. Using focus and dedication every bid set and all division spec's focused on our trade was picked clean. When a system designed into the spec was questionable my job was to design one our company could get a warranty behind. My job was to perform all job walks, complete all submittals, educating myself in new products and installation methods then training the crews to make it marketable. When they closed the doors to the company we had more than two million in company assets, two crews, four signed contracts for project to be scheduled. We provided installation services for everything from polished concrete to traffic coatings. Urethane modified cement systems to epoxy broadcast quartz. I am not trying to use this space to brag, only to show you that I can handle this position, and maybe more.
