  • Key player in cycle time reduction and cutting tool cost reduction. This was done using modern tool holders, new fixtures, new tool paths and cutting tools.
  • During this time I worked with Sandvik and Iscar to eliminate old tool holders and cutting tools. Focusing on Hydraulic, endmill holders, collet extensions, milling chucks, shrink fit and collet chucks to find the right holder for the job. Furthermore, moving to indexable, multi-master and sumocham tooling to increase tool life and changing out tools. The end result was 40% cycle time reduction and 30% cost reduction.
