Aside from the usual responsibilities of cleaning and maintaining the school I also have knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, Audio/video, cameras, IT etc. I also have past management experience as well. On many occasions I have applied that knowledge to fix and or install various things without the need to contact district or other 3rd party contractors. I have dealt with numerous contractors whenever Brad Ponce is on vacation, out sick or busy with other responsibilities. I have experience in creating Work orders, HVAC controls and other daily activities that a maintenance coordinator does. I have built very strong relationships with teachers, my co-workers and admin team. I have worked very closely with our new principal Melissa Lime this summer as we made many changes in a very short amount of time. Even with Brad and other custodians on vacation we were able to keep things working smoothly and timely. I have been nominated for employee of the year 2 years running now.

Install and service Home Security/Home Automation in residential and commercial buildings. Also responsible to sell new systems to potential customers and upgrade existing customers.
I was also a Field service manager for a couple of years and had anywhere from 4-12 employees on my team at one time. I Consistently had one of the top teams and we won the first ever Gladiator games that the company put on. A wide array of categories were accumulated for a year and the overall winning team won a 3-day trip to universal Studios. With a lot of changes taking place they decided it was best to have the manager based out of Tampa. I was offered the job but did not want to move from Saint Augustine. I was also a regional Coordinator for almost a year. I was responsible for scheduling, troubleshooting and writing up weekly reports.
