• Proactively provide superiors with information on unit needs/performance.
• Provide ultrasound guidance for cardiologist during difficult cath lab procedures.
• Deliver in-service training to all echo-lab sonographers for US guidance of Thrombin injections.

• Supervise team of technologists, hiring, scheduling, handling evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
• Adhere to all budgetary guidelines, input on purchasing equipment, and future fiscal year budgets.
• Increase quality by improving/reinforcing protocols.
• Improve production levels by enhanced scheduling and transportation performance.
• Search/gather correlation studies for ICAVL re-accreditation.
• Provide ultrasound guidance in OR setting with Chief of Surgery for VNUS closure, Thrombin injection, and filter placement procedures.
• Hands-On Clinical Instructor for Community College of Baltimore students.

• Complete high quality vascular ultrasound exams for interventional radiologist and vascular surgeon.
