-Taught Math 3 and Math 3 Honors, produced personally made tutorial videos on topics, provided after school tutoring twice a week, worked with other Math 3 Colleagues through PLCs on curriculum schedule, interpreting data, predicting challenges, and differentiation.,

-Taught five classes rather than three in the fall of 2021 and class of 56 in the school auditorium in the spring of 2022 and exceeded expectations with an overall growth score of +6 and had an in-person proficiency score of 66%

-Helped plan remediation plan for borderline students regarding the EOC each semester.

-consistent parent contact for struggling students, those who might need extra attention, or who turned things around positively and provided numerous updates when requested. All text messages, calls, and emails from parents or students are given a response

-Led Worship and Preached every Sunday, including the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper

-General and Emergency Pastoral Care

-Performed Baptism, Officiated Weddings, and Funerals as needed.

-Led Session Meetings

-Helped with the coordination of outreach, including to the local elementary school, the food bank, the Hospice Program,

-Participated in the Community Worship Services for Thanksgiving, Maundy Thursday, and Holy Week
