  • Position Overview: The Regional Manager’s position is responsible for all renovation activities within their region (markets/branches). This position is primarily responsible to ensure their region is achieving all company goals, budgets and on time deliveries by providing teaching, coaching, and technical training. They work directly with Area Managers to accomplish these initiatives. They help coordinate with other branches to share knowledge and ensure consistencies. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations Rev Con. They are also in charge of helping improve productivity and streamlining activities to maximize results and achieve peak performance levels throughout their region.
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • Managing all region operations within the Renovation segment through Area Managers.
  • Drafting an annual budget for the region by October 15th for the Director of Operations review.
  • This should include sales and expenses for the renovation sector.
  • This should include recommended payroll / bonus increases for the upcoming year.
  • This should include KPI’s for each region and each market/branch.
  • New markets/branches should be pulled out separately.
  • Conducting regular sales and operations meetings with Area Managers.
  • Briefing Area Managers on current sales goals, events, promotions, and other relevant information.
  • Coordinating with other branches to share knowledge and ensure consistencies.
  • Validate the Rev Con Reference Book is up to date.
  • Increases brand awareness for Rev Con within the community.
