Work with sellers to provide beverage equipment and service to retain business in the foot print of our distribution center. Manage installations, service calls, and pick up's of thousands of piece's of equipment. Manage parts inventory, plumbing fittings, parts, installation parts at scale. Train technicians and train sellers on approved product and keep customers compliant with our program requirements. Also responsible for the dish lease's and data entry. Pull weekly reposts to check for complacence to our program. My role has transformed over the years into 4 separate roles combined into one.

I was a service technician for 15 years before taking my excising role. I worked on equipment in and out of the field. Utilizing plumbing, refrigeration and eclectic troubleshooting skills. Keeping up with service van inventory and providing second to none customer relation skills.
