As a Tile Assistant Manager, I:

• Made sure all of our tiles were in-stock, in the location they were supposed to be in, stacked properly for safety reason, and all signs for said tiles were properly located and in place.
• I would lead a small team throughout the department to keep it well kept and maintained. If required, I would get one of my team members to "spot" me while I use a machine, such as a reach truck to pull heavy pallets of tile down for customers.
• I would contact our distribution center for information on certain tile SKUs and their ETA. When corporate came into our store, I would walk them through my department and give them information on our department as a whole such as our SKUs, top sellers and any issues we may have.

As Assistant Security Manger, I:

• Watched cameras during the day and did sweeps of the store during closing to ensure the safety of the factory.
• Made sure anyone who came into the factory was supposed to/allowed to be there, made sure they had proper ID, no illegal items such as weapons or drugs, and took home their items while they left to ensure nothing was left behind at night.
• I would monitor the safety standards of the building. Checking all fire exit doors to make sure the alarms are active and working, make sure all fire extinguishers are up to date and make sure none of the doors requiring badges are broken or malfunctioning.

As an E-Commerce Manager,

• I managed the online website. Managed inventory counts, customer orders, problems with the internet or glitches with the application, and customer and associate inquiries/problems.
• I managed the schedule of my associates, around 5-7 a week depending on the season. I would ensure they are properly trained, if not, engage in training.
• I would handle and keep track of POS and overall sales of the department. During meetings, explain our sales and goals. Determine problems and suggestions on what can be done about said problems.
