  • Led the Engineering Department, playing a key role in loanDepot's growth from a day-one startup to the second-largest non-bank lender in five years.
  • Designed and created a robust skills based routing solution capable of routing over 1MM inbound leads a day.
  • Designed and created an enterprise-wide document management system. The system was built to support digital loan files on top the LOS, with both borrower and LO interfaces.
  • Created POS for LOs, allowing them to streamline data gathering, 1003 ingestion, AUS, pricing, locking, conditions management, doc intake, esign, and integration with the LOS.
  • Developed a pipeline management solution to streamline the loan backlog for LOs and Processors. This solution automated skill assignment, routing, and tagging, while also enhancing sales team metrics, dashboard roll-up, and CRM/borrower outreach capabilities.
  • Led product and technology teams comprising 60-90 staff members (onshore, nearshore and FTE) across various technology sectors, business challenges, and vendor integrations.
