  • Led a diverse team of technicians in the planning, and scheduling of all break/fix and preventive maintenance, consistently exceeding service level agreements of 90% on time completion.
  • Created and managed maintenance and break/fix budgets monitoring current spend against forecasted budget and issue justifications for variances.

  • Successfully Incorporated 3 different Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) throughout my 6 years employed in this position as they were introduced to the region. This included Inventorying and uploading assets, assigning work scopes based on various maintenance standards, creating schedules for issuing maintenance work orders in line with those standards, and assigned work orders to maintenance technicians and 3rd party vendors.
  • Managed 3rd party maintenance suppliers for contract/agreement set-up and adjustments to existing contracts for newly turned over data center space and associated equipment.
  • Oversaw the day-to-day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in the Data Centers.
  • Coordinated with the construction team on project/build work would increase risk on the live critical equipment availability. Including creation and execution of procedures to isolate and return to service electrical and mechanical systems and presenting for approval to the Change Advisory Board.
  • Managed critical spares including working with 3rd party vendors on documenting spare recommendations and procuring spares as agreed upon by site ownership.
  • Collected and reviewed bids from 3rd party vendors for maintenance contracts and selection, verifying they align with contract deliverables agreed to with the client as outlined in maintenance standards and service level agreements.
  • Regularly update and share risk documentation to ensure transparency with the client of all risks in the facilities.
  • Creating detailed root-cause analysis for incidents to find lessons learned to prevent the repeat of similar incidents.
  • Ensured accuracy of monthly environmental reporting, including customer power usage, PUE, upcoming maintenance schedules, on site fuel volume and temperature reporting.
  • Engage installing vendors and schedule warrantee repairs post turnover issues as they arise.
  • Developed and trained the facility operations team on use different procedures including MOPs, EOPs, and SOPs.
  • Collaborated with the implementations team and engineering groups to install new infrastructure for new demand or assistance with break/fix requests.
  • Advocating for optimal safety practices in compliance with the recommendations and standards set by the HSE team.
