As a Contracts Administrator, my primary responsibilities revolve around contract maintenance and item management. I prepare LOC (Letters of Commitment) and LOP (Letters of Participation) to enroll clients in contracts or tiers. I also ensure that all stakeholders are informed about contract expiration dates, candidates for renewals negotiations, cancellations, or replacements of contracts. Additionally, I provide support to the product value analysis team in evaluating new products and assist in implementing products and services for service lines. My role also involves supporting the Surgical Services in the entire procure-to-pay process.

As a buyer, my responsibility is to ensure that all purchases align with existing contracts and meet the specific requirements of each department. I work to identify cost-effective supply sources and provide departmental options for procurement. This includes considering factors like shipping cost and the efficiency of item delivery, as well as evaluating return policies. Additionally, I collaborate with the Account Payable (AP) department to ensure that the procure-to-pay process runs smoothly and promptly address any issues that may arise in the process.

In my role, I provide comprehensive inventory management services for multiple departments, including Interventional Radiology, Radiology, MRI, CT, Endoscopy, and Ultrasound. This involves overseeing the procurement, tracking and distribution of supplies essential to these departments operations. I also service as a buyer and a valuable resource to these departments by conducting audits, ensuring accurate usage records, and maintain the optimal levels of supplies needed for efficient functioning. My efforts contribute to the seamless operation of these vital healthcare departments.

As an Administrative Assistant, I played a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Unit Manager and all unit staff. This encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, including managing and procurement of cost effective equipment and supplies for the unit.

One of my key achievements was effectively reviewing product line cost with the manager and engaging with various representative to ensure that we adhered to our budget constraints. This experience honed my ability to handle high-pressure sales tactics in this industry confidently.

Moreover, I actively participated in the redesign of the nursing station, contributing to discussions, regarding the necessary furniture types and associated costs. In this role, I gained valuable insights into cost-effective purchasing, supply demand monitoring, and general administrative skills.
