- Developed and launched new programs for church life and community experience that led to better member retention and specialized leader development: Small Group program grew from 30% (540) participation to over 65% (1,200) participation based on weekly attendance of 1900 adults in 1 year and continued to sustain 65% and above participation as church growth ebbed and increased over 7 years.
- Created the church's first Connection Ministry to provide dedicated guest services for visitors and a clear process for guests to become engaged members.
- Hired and developed staff from a single role, with part-time administrative assistants, to 10 full-time staff, using hiring strategies and processes before the church development of a human resource director.
- Launched the church's first fully lay-led (all-volunteer) ministry that was not staff-dependent. The new ministry targeted active retirees and encouraged retention.
